Recordable HD-DVDs Announced

It seems like every few weeks the battle between Sony's Blu-Ray HD discs, and Toshiba's HD-DVD version discs reaches new heights. Now Toshiba and partners announce the development of recordable high definition DVDs, with 15-gigabyte storage capacity. Toshiba is also working on double-layered 30-GB capacity recordable HD-DVDs. We'll see if Sony returns the favor.
