Samsung Q1 Origami Device at CeBit
The Samsung Q1 Origami Ultra Mobile PC device was spotted at the CeBit electronics show in Germany, and you can be sure other consumer electronics / PC manufacturers are lining-up their own versions of UMPC devices this year.
Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. is showing off the Q1 UMPC device, which is based on Microsoft's Origami Project tablet PC design and running a special edition of Windows XP, 900MHz Intel Corp. Celeron microprocessor, and has 500MB of RAM. The Samsung Q1 has WLAN, 802.11 A/G and Bluetooth connections, and uses touch-screen controls.
It looks like Samsung's Q1 is first out of the gate with an Origami device, ahead of Microsoft's official announcement at CeBit tommorrow.

Engadget got their hands on the Samsung Q1 at CeBit, saying that Samsung will release their UMPC / Origami device with optional GPS and DMB mobile digital TV expansion modules, as well as WiBRO support for when that goes live in Korea around June. They've posted some great new Q1 photos as well.
