Asus P525 PDA phone with Push E-Mail, and Wi-Fi VoIP
The Asus P525 PDA Phone (smartphone) runs on Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0 Phone Edition, is powered by a 416MHz Intel XScale processor, and is equipped with 128MB of flash ROM, 64MB of SDRAM, and a miniSD expansion slot for extra memory. Being that this is a Windows Mobile 5.0 based device, there's support for office applications like Word Mobile, Excel Mobile and PowerPoint Viewer. There's also 2MP camera with auto focus and flash light , with business card recognition, MPEG4, 3gp video recording, and a 2.8-inch, 240 x 320 pixels touchscreen display.
The 5-way joystick enables one-hand menu navigation for accessing and managing the various powerful functions. The smart PDA phone also comes equipped with a numeric keypad for easy input. For those who prefer using a stylus, the 2.8" display is a touch screen as well.
The Asus P525 has push e-mail functionality for real-time synchronization with email, contacts and calendar. Bluetooth 2.0 and 802.11b Wi-Fi are built in, so the Asus P525 supports instant messaging and Skype for voip calling, including SkypeIn and SkypeOut functionality. The P525 supports quad band GSM nertwork (850/900/1800/1900) and GPRS Class B, multi-slot Class 10.
