Samsung SPH-M250 = Sprint Mobile TV Phone?

Samsung_sphm250 Phonescoop reports that the FCC has approved the Samsung SPH-M250 mobile phone, and it looks like  Sprint will be offering this eye-catcher on their network in the US. The unique clamshell lift-and-rotate design resembles the Samsung SGH-P900 DMB-enabled multimedia handset that was introduced in Korea, but chances are the SPH-M250 will be used for video streaming, and perhaps DVB-H mobile tv reception?
