This T-Mobile Dash smartphone might look familiar to you since it's also been presented as High Tech Computer's (HTC) Excalibur communicator. No matter what you call it, this Windows Mobile-based QWERTY keyboard smart phone is a powerful handheld device, and it's now coming to T-Mobile's network. T-Mobile Dash doesn't support 3G wireless technology, but it does come equipped with Wi-Fi, so you can connect to any of T-Mobile's 7,836 hot spots around the country. Dash has an instant-messaging client that supports AOL Instant Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, MSN Messenger and ICQ. There's a digital music player built-in, a 1.3-megapixel camera that can shoot still images and video, MicroSD expandable memory, a speakerphone and Bluetooth connectivity, and a great looking 2.5-inch landscape screen with a resolution of 320-by-240.
T-Mobile Dash smartphone retail price is $349, but T-Mobile has it for $199 with a two-year contract and $249 for a one-year contract.
