100 million Sites on the Web

CNN writes that Internet monitoring company Netcraft's tracking of Web growth since 1995 indicates that there are now 100 million Web sites with domain names and content on the Web! Of course as you would imagine, only about half are really active, and updated often. When Netcraft began tracking in '95, there were only 18,000 Web sites.

That being said, it's time to say thanks for visiting Digital Tech News.  You could have been visiting any of the other 99 million websites / blogs out there, so I appreciate it.
