NVIDIA Corporation's NVIDIA GoForce 5500 handheld graphics processing unit (GPU) is taking mobile entertainment to the next level, and now you can see it in action. The GoForce 5500 chipset was first announced at the 2006 3GSM World Congress, but this year we will see new mobile devices incorporate the powerful mobile graphics technology that "enables true, fluid digital TV, high-fidelity surround sound, rapid multi-shot photography, and console-class 3D graphics."
