My Maps Launched by Google
Google just made it easier to create your own Map mash-ups with the new My Maps feature that allows anyone with a Gmail account to create and share personalized, annotated maps. You can give your Map a multimedia edge by embedding YouTube videos, photos, and text, as well as add placemarks, draw lines and shapes using a simple drag and drop interface.

* Publish your map to the web.
* Share your map with friends and family.
