Buy iPhone Today at 164 Apple retail stores in the US

Apple’s eagerly awaited iPhone goes on sale today, Friday, June 29th - 6:00 p.m. local time at 164 Apple retail stores nationwide. Apple stores will stay open until midnight and you can buy up to two iPhones on a first come, first served basis, unlike AT&T stores where you'll only be able to purchase one Apple iPhone per person. If you want to learn more about your iPhone, Apple will be conducting free, in-depth workshops beginning Saturday morning, and continuing throughout the day at all Apple retail stores. Every Apple retail store will offer support for iPhone at the Genius Bar and personal training through Apple’s new One to One program.

The new Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000 and the QuickCam Pro for Notebooks webcams feature exclusive Carl Zeiss Tessar lenses that are said to offer better webcam image and video quality. Along with Carl Zeiss optics, the Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000 for desktops and QuickCam Pro for Notebooks use a premium autofocus system that can refocus images in less than three seconds and keep images sharp in extreme close-ups as well.

PENTAX K100D Super Digital SLR

PENTAX Imaging have announced an update to the K100D DSLR, with the new PENTAX K100D Super digital SLR camera. We know people are camping out in front of Apple stores to make sure they can purchase an iPhone tomorrow, but remember, AT&T stores in the U.S. will also be selling iPhones on Friday (iDay) June 29th at 6 p.m. local time.  AT&T has an online store locater to help you find the closest AT&T store, with maps, directions, and all the information you'll need to buy an Apple iPhone. By the way, there's a limit of one iPhone per customer.

JVC TH-L1 Compact Surround System

If you're looking for a compact surround sound system, the JVC TH-L1 will save you some space at home, and some money as well. The new small 5.1-channel entertainment surround system is designed to enhance the latest video game consoles with its five small cubic speakers, a subwoofer and a main unit (about the size of a Manhattan phone book) that pumps out 360 watts - 40 watts per channel for the two front channels, 100 watts for the center channel, 40 watts per channel for the two rear channels and 100 watts for the subwoofer. JVC says the TH-L1I is ready for HDTV owners with 1080p-compatible HDMI switching provided by two HDMI inputs and an HDMI output, allowing users to switch between an HD gaming console and high-def disc player while maintaining pristine picture quality for both. There's even a front panel iPod connection that provides charging and control of play, pause skip and search. Not bad for $299

T-Mobile HotSpot @Home Service Kicks Off

Just launched, T-Mobile's HotSpot @Home Service offers the ability to seamlessly connect to a home Wi-Fi connection or thousands of T-Mobile HotSpots across the country. Nokia wasted no time in announcing that the Nokia 6086 Wifi phone can be paired with T-Mobile HotSpot @Home service for unlimited nationwide calling.  Other compatible cellphones include the Nokia 6136, Samsung SGH-T409, or Samsung SGH-T709. The phones cost $49.99 when purchased with a two-year service agreement, and you can get a Linksys or D-Link T-Mobile Hotspot @Home WiFi router for free with a mail-in rebate.

The T-Mobile Hotspot @Home service is priced at US$19.99 per month to add to a standard plan, or US$29.99 for family plans. As an introductory offer, users can add the Hotspot @Home service for US$9.99 or US$19.99 for standard and family plans respectively.

In association with Dell's "colorful events" around the globe and a new consumer marketing campaign called Yours is Here, Dell has announced new stylish notebooks and desktop PCs including the new flagship ultraportable XPS M1330 notebook. Dell claims it's the world's thinnest 13.3-inch notebook at just .9 inch thin, and a starting weight of 3.973 pounds. The XPS M1330 has a durable magnesium alloy chassis with brushed aluminum accents, and can be personalized with a choice of Tuxedo Black, Pearl White or Crimson Red colors.
