6G iPod Classic 80GB and 160GB Player Introduced

Just a few months after announcing that 100 million iPods have been sold so far, Apple now introduces the new 6g iPod classic player featuring 80GB or 160GB of storage for music, photos, video, podcasts and games. The familiar looking iPod classic does have a slightly new design, with an all-metal anodized aluminum and polished stainless steel enclosure. The new classic iPod now features an enhanced user interface featuring Cover Flow, and offers up to 40 hours of music playback and seven hours of video playback in the 160GB model, and up to 30 hours of music playback and five hours of video playback in the 80GB model. The device comes pre-loaded with three games including iQuiz, Vortex, and Klondike.

iPod classic is priced at just $249 for the 80GB model and $349 for the 160GB model.
