SanDisk Extreme III Memory Stick PRO-HG Duo

The SanDisk Extreme III Memory Stick PRO-HG Duo is about the fastest Memory Stick card you'll find, with read and write speeds of 30 megabytes per second. The card will be available in June in 4GB and 8GB capacities, priced at $89.99 and $149.99 respectively. The new card was developed jointly by SanDisk and Sony for all of the professional photographers and advanced amateurs out there who use Sony digital SLR cameras. Sony's PRO-HG capable point-and-shoot cameras and digital camcorders are also compatible with the Extreme III Memory Stick PRO-HG Duo card.

SanDisk Extreme III cards are said to be capable of functioning in extreme temperatures, from -13 to 185 degrees Fahrenheit or -25 to 85 degrees Celsius, and carry a lifetime warranty. The cards are packaged with RescuePRO software for recovering deleted images.
