Gateway’s SX Series and DX Series Back-to-School Desktop PCs

Gateway recently introduced its new tiny small form factor SX Series and compact DX Series mini-tower computer line, along with FHD Series monitors featuring a new edge-to-edge glass design. Available now for back to school shoppers, these space-saving Gateway desktops include a “digital photo frame” button which delivers a slide show of photos in one touch, and a “device deck” area on top of the chassis to set a camera, MP3 player or camcorder while connecting to USB ports and downloading media. Gateway also made sure that the front access digital media card reader can be tilted upward, so it can be easily seen and accessed if the chassis is placed under a desk.

SX Series Desktops

Gateway’s small form factor SX Series includes the Gateway SX2800-01 desktop, which is priced at $499.99. This one has a HDMI port which lets you enjoy high quality visuals and high-fidelity audio on a big screen TV or external LCD through a single cable. Unfortunately, there's no Blu-ray disc player.

Gateway FHD Series of Monitors Provide Rich Features and Elegant Edge-to-Edge Design

The Gateway FHD Series of high-definition LCD monitors offer consumers the best in performance and design. The stylish new line features an edge-to-edge screen, elegant black bezel, metallic-silver highlights and an L-shaped stand with a brushed-aluminum finish. Discreet touch-sensitive controls add to the clean streamlined design, while automatically sensing contact with the lightest touch.

All of the FHD monitors offer the maximum level of HD support with a 16:9 aspect ratio, increasing multitasking possibilities to enhance productivity and deliver an exceptional multimedia experience.
