On March 19th, HP and designer Vivienne Tam are releasing the new HP Mini 210 “digital clutch” Vivienne Tam Edition netbook which was spotted on the catwalk of Tam’s spring 2010 collection during New York Fashion Week. At about 2.7 pounds and less than 1-inch thin, this netbook ($599) has a soothing “Butterfly Lovers” theme, which is also found on the matching HP Wireless Mouse ($39.99).
You might remember that Ms. Tam also teamed-up with Beats by Dr. Dre in developing Butterfly earphones, and HP has included high-performance audio software by Dre and Monster Cable on the HP Mini 210 “digital clutch” Vivienne Tam Edition netbook as well. As Spring is in the air, a Butterfly Lovers desktop theme with animated butterfly start menu, custom Vivienne Tam icons and three wallpapers are also included.
