Epson America has launched its oh-so-cool new Moverio BT-100 Android-based see-through wearable display. The system uses micro-projection technology and an Android-powered track-pad remote controller that allows you to view streaming video, browse the web, play games, and experience side-by-side 3D content on a virtual 80-inch perceived screen. The Moverio BT-100 features built-in Wi-Fi connectivity, and about six hours of rechargeable battery life, a microSDHC card slot (4GB card included) and built-in 1GB of internal storage.
The Epson Moverio BT-100 is priced at $699.99, and is available now through Epson’s retail site and by pre-order on Amazon.com. Check out the presentation video:
