Verizon Wireless has the exclusive on the new DROID DNA smartphone by HTC, which is described as the "ultimate smartphone" with a full HD 1080p HD super LCD 3 display with Corning Gorilla Glass 2 protection and 440 pixels per inch (PPI) on a 5-inch screen.
The DROID DNA features a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, featuring a quad-core 1.5 GHz CPU, 2G of RAM, and it runs HTC Sense 4+ user interface and the latest Android 4.1.1 (Jelly Bean) operating system. It has an 8-megapixel camera with a f/2.0 28mm wide-angle lens, 5-level automatic flash, backside illuminated sensor (BSI), and autofocus.
Pre-orders have begun for the DROID DNA by HTC Smartphone, and Verizon promises a November 19th shipment. Retail stores will release the smartphone on November 21st for $199.99 with a two-year customer agreement.
