This camcorder also features a fast F1.2 lens, 1/2.3” 12.8 megapixel back-illuminated CMOS sensor and optical image stabilization. Five shooting speeds are available on the JVC GC-PX100, ranging from 120fps to 600fps, and it captures bursts of nine still images from video at the touch of a button.
The Procision JVC GC-PX100 camcorder has a three-inch tiltable LCD monitor, an LCD monitor hood, and an optional color viewfinder is available as well. The camcorder comes with Wi-Fi connectivity and a range of free specialized apps. Thanks to Wi-Fi connectivity, video and images can be wirelessly sent to and viewed on a smartphone or tablet. The free “JVC CAM Coach” app for iOS and Android allow annotations to be made on the playback image by sports coaches, and can then be viewed by both coach and athlete on a tablet PC.
