ThinkPad X131e Chromebook laptop built rugged for K-12 students

Lenovo's new ThinkPad X131e Chromebook with Chrome OS will be released in February for K-12 students with simplified software and security management for school administrators and quick access to thousands of apps and education resources for students and teachers. This rugged chromebook has a rubber bumper around the top cover and stronger corners to protect it in the case of an accidental drop.

ThinkPad X131e 11.6-inch Chromebook features a 1366x768 HD LED anti-glare screen, three USB ports, a low-light webcam, WiFi, HDMI and VGA ports. This chromebook weighs less than four pounds and offers battery life for the entire school day, according to Lenovo.

The Lenovo ThinkPad X131e Chromebook will be available starting February 26th via special bid volume pricing starting at $429.
