Sharp recently announced its 2012 large-screen LED TV line-up with some 20 large screen 60-inch plus class AQUOS LED TVs featuring new technologies like SmartCentral, AQUOS Advantage LIVE, Quad Pixel Plus II, and full-array LED backlighting with local dimming. Sharp also announced an April 2012 release date for its first Quattron 80-inch Class 3D LED TV. The 80-inch LC-80LE844U model features a newly developed 240Hz AQUOS LCD, built-in WiFi, 4 HDMI inputs and the new SmartCentral user interface.
Sony's new 2012 BRAVIA television lineup includes the introducion of three new HDTV series - the entry-level BX LCD HDTV, the step-up EX LED LCD HDTV, and the flagship HX LED LCD HDTV with 3D series.
This Sony “Crystal LED Display” was unveiled at CES 2012 this week, and the 55-inch prototype model grabbed the attention of CES attendees with its 55-inch Full HD self-emitting display which uses LEDs as a light source. Sony claims that, compared to existing LCD displays, this 55-inch prototype Crystal LED Display offers about 3.5 times higher contrast in light environment, about 1.4 times wider color gamut, and about 10 times faster video image response time. Sony does plan to bring this display to market at some point in the future.

After releasing the 40-inch BeoVision 10-40 full HD LED LCD TV last summer, Bang & Olufsen has announced that its new 32-inch BeoVision 10 LED TV will go on sale in November. B&O's BeoVision 10-32 is priced from $4,707.00 to $5,585.00, targeting a very high-end customer with a package that includes the Beo4 remote control, and basic wall bracket. The BeoVision 10-32 full HD LCD TV also features an edge-type LED backlight, double sided anti-reflective coated contrast screen, five unique placement options and an active two-way loudspeaker system.

series, available now in 60-inch LC-60LE925UN and 52-inch LC-52LE925UN screen sizes, priced at $5,299.99 and $4,199.99, respectively. The new sets are said to offer the brightest 3D image resolution on the market and a dynamic contrast ratio of 8,000,000:1. Customers can expect two sets of advanced 3D glasses with each
model, and the glasses feature a unique 3D-2D conversion mode. Additional features include three "Spacious Sound 3D" modes, WiFi connectivity, and access to Apps and Net services, streaming video, and USB content.

handheld sized TV to include an LED panel, can also be used as a digital photo display on a desk or living room table. Vizio promises about 3.5 hours of battery life, so don't plan on using it all day outdoors. The device measures 8.2" x 5.75" x .75" and weighs in at 1 lb. Price: $159.99.
Panasonic has upgraded its Toughbook CF-52 semi-rugged notebook which now runs on the Intel Core i5 (up to 2.53GHz)
processor and includes 2GB RAM and up to a 250GB shock-mounted hard
drive with quick release. The upgraded Toughbook CF-52 now includes new embedded
wireless options including Gobi 2000 mobile broadband technology from
Qualcomm, the latest Intel Wi-Fi chipset and
Bluetooth 2.1. Along with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3G
mobile broadband, WiMax modules can also be embedded into the unit in the future.
